Police seize 500 litres of illicit brew in Eldoret

The National Police Service (NPS) has confirmed the impoundment of a vehicle transporting a large consignment of illicit brew in Eldoret. In a statement released on Monday, September 1, 2025, NPS said the operation followed a tip-off received while officers were on patrol, leading to the recovery of 500 litres of chang’aa.
