Angela Mulwa, Chris Mulwa and their mother Rose Mbithe Mulwa arraigned over the death of the late Dr Victoria Mutiso at Milimani Law Courts. The three will be detained at Kileleshwa Police Station until August 27, 2026 pending further directions by the court.
