Angela Mulwa, mother and brother to face murder charge over Dr Victoria Mutiso’s death

Lawyer Angela Mulwa, her mother Rose Mbithe and brother Chris Mulwa are expected to answer to a murder charge for Dr Victoria Mutiso's death after the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions approved the charge. Angela was re-arrested at Milimani Law Courts when she appeared for the hearing of an application filed by her lawyers challenging the court's jurisdiction to hear another application filed by the prosecution seeking her continued detention. The miscellaneous application has since been withdrawn pending plea taking in the High Court.
