Athletes flagged off to Japan as a new reward scheme was unveiled

The government has promised to further revise the rewards scheme for athletes who participate in major athletics events if their performances keep improving with each passing tournament. President William Ruto announced a new scheme that has improved the amounts given to all the medalists at the Commonwealth Games.
