Bishop Kodia calls for Nyanza political leaders’ conclave over rising violence

Bondo ACK Bishop David Kodia has called for an immediate conclave of political leaders from Nyanza to address the rise in incidences of political violence in the region. Speaking on Sunday, Bishop Kodia decried the apparent silence of ODM leader Oburu Oginga, whom he said needs to call the troops to order. The call comes a day after Siaya Governor James Orengo raised an alarm over an attempt on his life following the violent disruption of his roadside address in Migori on Saturday. Laura Otieno reports.
