Calls Grow for Establishment of International Crimes Division in Kenya

Judicial experts are renewing calls for the establishment of a fully operational International Crimes Division within Kenya’s High Court, in the wake of recent Gen Z protests and ahead of the 2027 elections. They say such a court would give victims of grave crimes a chance to confront perpetrators and finally get justice.
