Election security team warns politicians against sponsoring violence

The multi-agency team tasked with election security arrangements has warned politicians against taking the country back to the 2007-2008 post-election violence by sponsoring goons to cause chaos. Speaking during the High-Level National Election Security Roundtable Consultative Forum, IEBC Chairperson Erastus Ethekon and Registrar of Political Parties John Cox Lorionokou warned that politicians found inciting Kenyans will be blocked from running in the next general election.
