Speaking during the opening of a three-day convention on artificial intelligence and the future of work, the sector players are calling for greater involvement of workers in the development and governance of AI as the technology rapidly transforms Kenya’s labour market. Labour market players say AI policies and workplace systems must be designed with workers' input to accelerate innovation.
