Five killed in separate Nakuru, Kitui road accidents

Three of the five people who died in a road accident at the Twin’s Bridge black spot along the Nakuru–Eldoret Highway were travelling back after attending their son’s Administration Police pass-out parade on Friday. The fatal crash occurred in the early hours of Saturday morning, turning what had been a family celebration into a period of mourning. In a separate incident in Kitui, five people died after a lorry carrying traders from Ikutha to Kasaala Shopping Centre lost control and overturned on Friday.
