Kajiado plot owners protest sharp hike in land rates

Plot owners in Kajiado have protested a steep increase in land rates, which have risen from KSh1,500 to between KSh6,500 and KSh7,500, saying the new charges are unaffordable and have placed a heavy financial burden on residents.
