Kenya eyes new approach to agricultural extension services

Kenya could be looking to rethink how agricultural extension services are delivered to farmers, drawing lessons from the United States, where state agriculture departments work closely with farmers, industry and research institutions. A visiting U.S. delegation says stronger technical cooperation could help improve productivity and market access for Kenyan farmers.
