Athletics Kenya Masters team returned home jubilant after putting on a stellar display at the 2026 World Masters Athletics Championships in Daegu, South Korea.

The veteran athletes turned back the clock, finishing their global campaign with an impressive 27-medal haul of 15 gold, six silver and six bronze. The performance marked a significant improvement from the 2024 edition in Gothenburg, Sweden, where Kenya won 24 medals, including seven gold. The Masters team underlined the depth and enduring quality of Kenya’s veteran athletes.
