Kenya welcomes AGOA extension to 2028

Kenya is welcoming the extension of the African Growth and Opportunity Act, AGOA, by the United States to December 2028. The move gives Kenyan exporters greater certainty in accessing the lucrative U.S. market, with the textile and apparel sector among the biggest beneficiaries.
