Kindiki seeks cross-examination in Gachagua impeachment case

Deputy President Kithure Kindiki now wants the Milimani High Court to allow the cross-examination of renowned cardiologist Dr. Daniel Gikonyo over a supplementary affidavit filed in the impeachment case involving former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua. This comes just two days after the former Deputy President got a reprieve, after a three-judge bench allowed Dr. Gikonyo’s affidavit on Gachagua’s health, which is central to the impeachment case.
