Murder charge approved against Angela Mulwa, mother and brother

Lawyer Angela Mulwa, her mother Rose Mbithe and brother Chris Mulwa are expected to formally answer to a murder charge for Dr Victoria Mutiso's death after the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions approved the charge. Angela was re-arrested at Milimani Law Courts when she appeared for a hearing of an application filed by her lawyers challenging the court's jurisdiction to hear the miscellaneous application filed by prosecution seeking her continued detention in connection with the murder of Dr. Mutiso. The miscellaneous application has since been withdrawn pending plea taking in High Court.
