Nairobi ODM MPs dismiss claims Sakaja will get direct ticket

A section of ODM MPs have downplayed claims that Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja will ditch the UDA party for ODM. Led by county chairman and Maka-Dara MP George Aladwa, the MPs insisted that the party will field a competitively selected candidate. Nominated Senator Hamadi Kibwana said if Sakaja joins ODM, he should prepare for nominations, adding that there will be no direct tickets.
