NPS refutes claims linking Ruto to Sh2.8 billion police uniform tender

The National Police Service, NPS, is tonight refuting claims linking President William Ruto and his business associates to the Sh2.8 billion contract for new police uniforms. In a statement, NPS spokesperson Muchiri Nyaga said the uniforms were produced by Bedi Investments Limited, which emerged as the successful bidder after competing against three other companies and not Nalitex Company said to be linked to President Ruto or his associates.
