Nyanza clergy condemn political violence, warn against ethnic division

    On the rising cases of political violence, a section of clergy from the Nyanza region has broken the silence over the spate of destruction witnessed in Homa Bay and other parts of the country. The religious leaders called for sobriety among the political class, warning that divisive ethnic politics could plunge the country into chaos. As Bonface Barasa reports, COTU Secretary General Francis Atwoli has also called for an end to divisive politics.
