Opposition leaders vow to defend rule of law

A section of United Opposition leaders says it will do whatever it takes to restore the country to the path of rule of law and constitutionalism. Speaking on Friday in Kibwezi West, where they attended the burial service of the late Judge Joseph Mbalu, the leaders led by Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka, former Deputy President Justin Muturi and Eugene Wamalwa criticised the IEBC for allegedly sidelining the opposition during a recent stakeholders’ meeting. Meanwhile, People’s Party of Kenya leader Ndindi Nyoro also criticised the government during a rally in Ruiru town, Kiambu County.
