Ruto attacks opposition as he announces lower farm input prices

President William Ruto has accused opposition leaders of lacking clear policies and a development agenda, saying they are focused on attacking the government rather than offering solutions. The President spoke in Narok County, where he announced a 500-shilling reduction in the price of fertilizer. Ruto also pledged to cut the cost of maize seed by 50 percent, as the government seeks to lower the cost of farm inputs. Melita Oletenges reports.
