Ruto faults opposition over lack of alternative development plan

President William Ruto has condemned the opposition for criticizing government development projects without offering Kenyans an alternative development blueprint. Ruto said the opposition seeks to lead Kenyans through political rhetoric rather than development. The President, who toured Narok County, also rallied the Maasai community to support his re-election.
