Ruto gives foreign traders 90 days to regularise operations

President William Ruto has given foreign traders 90 days, to regularise their business operations. Ruto also directed that the Local Content Bill, 2025, currently before Parliament, be expanded to create a framework governing participation by foreigners in small-scale trade and enterprise.
