Ruto: No foreign national should be harmed in Kenya

President William Ruto says no foreign national in Kenya should be harmed, clarifying his directive issued last week and insisting that all must be treated equally under the law. Speaking in Chepalungu on the final day of his four-day South Rift tour, Ruto said Kenya remains open to EAC and COMESA citizens seeking to work and invest, provided they follow the law. Ruto also challenged the opposition to a battle of ideas ahead of the 2027 elections, while mocking efforts to form a united front.
