Ruto says he has delivered on most campaign promises

President William Ruto now says he has kept his word to Kenyans and delivered on most of the promises he made when he took over power four years ago. Speaking during a tour of his backyard of Bomet and Kericho counties today, the Head of State said the opposition was clueless and lacked an agenda. As Emmanuel Too now reports, the President has continued to call on his Kalenjin community to register as voters ahead of next year’s election.
