Ruto sets aside KSh21.5 bn for fuel stabilisation

President William Ruto has announced a Ksh21.5 billion fuel stabilisation fund aimed at shielding Kenyans from fluctuations in the global fuel market and protecting households and businesses from rising energy costs.
