Ruto vows tough action against goons threatening national security

President William Ruto is yet again pledging to deal with goons who he says are a threat to national security. The Head of State is warning leaders who plan and sponsor goons to cause violence that they will face the full force of the law once apprehended by security agencies and independent institutions in the country.
