Suspect arrested eight months after Derrick Omanga’s murder

Detectives have made a significant breakthrough eight months after the body of 25-year-old digital marketing manager Derrick Omanga Tom was found dumped near Roysambu Roundabout. A 26-year-old man, Jared Kulo Oduor, was arrested on Friday night in the Lakisummer area following months of surveillance. He is being held at Muthaiga Police Station and is expected to be arraigned at the Makadara Law Courts on Monday. The arrest is linked to the sale of Omanga’s missing phone.
