Tension in Kakamega as ODM rebel leaders hold rally

Tension is high in Kakamega town ahead of the planned Linda Mwananchi rally spearheaded by Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna and Siaya Governor James Orengo. Two rival groups, one supporting the Sifuna team and the other in support of President William Ruto's re-election, are traversing Kakamega town ahead of the rally. Police have been deployed around Kakamega to prevent a possible clash between the groups
