Two killed in fresh Kisii-Transmara border clashes

Two people have been confirmed dead following fresh clashes along the Kisii-Transmara border. Scores of people have been injured, while several farms have been torched as tensions between the two communities escalate. The renewed violence has disrupted transport, trade and other essential services, leaving residents living in fear. Security officials from Kisii and Narok counties held an emergency meeting at the border on Sunday to seek ways of restoring calm. Chrispine Otieno reports.
