Woman dies as fire destroys houses in Diani, Kwale

One person died after a fire burned down houses in the Millennium area of Diani in Kwale County. Neighbours say the fire started at 3 am on Monday in the house of the victim, said to be a 40-year-old woman, before spreading to other houses. Neighbours say they could not rescue her because of the intensity of the fire. The cause of the fire is yet to be established.
