The Ministry of Education will appeal the High Court's decision to suspend Kenya National Examinations Council's plan to administer a mid-year series of the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams in July. Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Ogamba has instructed the ministry's legal team to start the process of appealing against the decision.
