The County Government of Nairobi dumped garbage at the offices of the national power distributor Kenya Power over a debt standoff.
While Kenya Power plunged county offices in total darkness for six days last week, city county officials dumped garbage at the electricity distributor's main offices and clamped down their vehicles.
