Former chief justice David Maraga has called for harmony among the three arms of government to ensure smooth governance and delivery of services to the people. Speaking at a youth consultative forum in Nairobi today, Maraga said that the tensions witnessed among the arms result from dishonesty and an overstepping of mandates by a section of leaders. Maraga further called on Kenyans to also remain vigilant and engage in civic duties in order to keep the government in check
