The National Olympic Committee of kenya has postponed its scheduled elections. The decision follows an impasse involving 4 federations: the Kenya Volleyball Federation, Taekwondo Federation, triathlon, and handball federation. The elections were expected to conclude the tenure of the current executive board, which took office in December 2021. With the postponement, the timeline for the elections remains uncertain, but NOCK officials have assured the members that they are working hard to address the issues and reschedule the elections in compliance with the Sports Act and the sports registrar regulations.
