The Green Belt Movement (GBM) has expressed serious concern over reports that a private developer has begun constructing a luxury camp within the protected Ngong Road Forest.
In a statement posted on their official Twitter account, GBM warns that if the claims are verified, the development poses significant environmental, legal, and ethical challenges. The organization is calling for immediate government action to investigate and halt any illegal activity threatening the forest ecosystem.
