Philip Aroko, one of the suspects in the murder of Kasipul MP Charles Were, has been released on a cash bail of KSh300,000. The ruling was delivered by JKIA Law Courts Principal Magistrate Irene Gichobi, who imposed several strict conditions for Aroko’s release.
Among the bail conditions: 🔹 Surrender of his passport 🔹 Ban from traveling to Homa Bay County 🔹 No contact with the victim’s family, fellow suspects, or any individuals linked to the case 🔹 Prohibited from interfering with evidence 🔹 Must report regularly to investigating officers and cooperate fully with the investigation
