TEP challenges IEBC over removal of candidate from Elgeyo Marakwet by-election

The Equitable Party (TEP) has filed a court case contesting the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission’s (IEBC) decision to remove its candidate’s name from the Elgeyo Marakwet ward by-election after the withdrawal deadline had already passed.
