A refugees documentation campaign has been launched in Kenya and neighbouring Uganda with the primary objective being to address accessibility of documentation for refugees and asylum seekers in the two countries. The 8 months campaign will include continuos consultations between refugee-led organisations and members of the refugee community, legal experts and policy makers. The number of refugees in the region has been increasing as more people flee from conflict in several parts of the continent.
