Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi now says it will be very difficult for the opposition to beat President William Ruto in the 2027 presidential election, saying history has shown that there has never been a one-term president in Kenya. Mudavadi, who also doubles up as the CS for foreign and diaspora affairs, said President Ruto’s track record in office will give him a second term. Mudavadi was speaking during a joint interview with local journalists from Kakamega County.
