Tems: 'Women are not respected in the industry' - BBC Africa
Tems is a global superstar with two Grammys to her name, but the Nigerian artist says things have not been easy for her as a woman in the music business.

The project is kicking off in Nigeria, but Tems hopes it will become a pan-African initiative. She launched it in her hometown, Lagos, where she spoke with BBC News Africa.
