Confusion and anxiety continue to grip thousands of first-year university students and their parents, as the government’s recently announced review of university fees is yet to be effected. Many students remain stranded and uncertain about how much to pay, even as first-year admissions begin this week. Education Cabinet Secretary Migos Ogamba says the Ministry of Education has already shared the necessary data with universities, and the revised fee structures are in the process of being uploaded to individual student portals.
