Democracy for Citizens Party leader Rigathi Gachagua has extended an olive branch to Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna and Embakasi East MP Babu Owino, promising to back their campaigns in the run-up to the 2027 general elections. The former Deputy President, who insists his party, DCP, will field candidates in all elective positions in 2027, denied claims that he is advancing tribal politics.
