Still in politics, a section of rift valley members of parliament are demanding that wiper patriotix front leader Kalonzo Musyoka records a statement with the directorate of criminal investigations (DCI) over his remarks on the death of former chief of defence forces Francis Ogolla, describing the comments as politically motivated. The development comes as interior cabinet secretary Kipchumba Murkomen led another team of cabinet secretaries in rallying support for president William Ruto ahead of the 2027 general elections.
