The government has officially rebranded the Public Benefit Organisations Regulatory Authority (PBORA), formerly the NGOs Co-ordination Board, in a move aimed at strengthening oversight, transparency and accountability within Kenya’s non-profit sector. The Authority unveiled a new logo and website on Tuesday, marking a significant overhaul of its digital assets as part of efforts to improve service delivery and engagement with stakeholders. The PBO Authority is mandated to register and regulate all non-governmental organisations, foundations and charitable institutions operating in Kenya.
