At only 4 years old back in 2015, Chantell Minayo hit headlines for her unique capability to recite all the 47 county governors and their respective designated counties, as well as the entire cabinet, without any reference. Ten years later, Minayo was among thousands of students who sat for the Kenya Junior School Education Assessment (KJSEA) and posted good grades. Similar celebrations for good performance in KJSEA were witnessed at King David School in Kamulu, Nairobi and at various private schools in Garissa County that outperformed public schools in the area.
