South C Collapsed Building I CS Wahome warns of legal action against all the culprits

Lands, Public Works, Housing and urban development Cabinet Secretary Alice Wahome has warned of tough legal actions against anyone who will be found culpable in the collapse of the South C multi-storey building that has so far claimed one life. Wahome, who visited the site for the first time on Monday, said the architect and engineers risk losing their licenses if investigations establish criminal responsibility. The recovery exercise in search of a second person at the site is expected to conclude on Tuesday.
