Sirisia Mp Major John Walukhe will now spend 67 years in prison if he fails to pay a 1 Billion shillings fine. This is after the High court upheld the ruling by a Magistrates court in June 2020 committing them to the jail term and the payment of the fine. In the meantime, the High court has also overturned the acquittal of immediate former Kipipiri Mp Amos Kimunya and three of his accomplices in a 60 Million shillings land fraud case facing them.
