The National Parents Association is calling for a clear policy on infrastructure development in schools. Speaking after taking over as the new chairman of the association, Silas Obuhatsa noted parents are paying for development projects in school yet there is capitation from the government and some projects are also undertaken by the National Government Constituencies Development Fund.
