Doctors in public hospitals across Nairobi County have vowed to remain on strike until the county government clears all outstanding salaries and benefits.
The doctors, who downed their tools on December 18TH 2025, accuse the Sakaja administration of failing to honor a return-to-work agreement, citing unpaid salaries and benefits. They say the county has repeatedly breached the deal, leaving them with no option but to sustain the industrial action.
