HIV rights groups hold demo in Nairobi over donor funding

DONOR FUNDING DEMOS People living with HIV in Nairobi County have petitioned the judiciary to dismiss a case challenging a 208 billion shillings US government funding for Kenya’s health sector. Busia Senator Okiya Omtata filed the case in highcourt December last year arguing that funding framework to benefit Kenya's health institutions in the next five years, was signed without public participation and parliamentary approval.
